The warranty stickers must not be tempered with or removed.

Original Packaging:

Return the laptop in its original packaging, including all accessories and accompanying materials.

2. 7-day money-back guarantee – eligibility for Refunds:

Within 7 Days:

You may return a pre-owned laptop within 7 days of the delivery date.

Condition:

The laptop must be in the same condition as when it was received, with no visible signs of damage, wear, or alteration.

Refund Timeline:

If your laptop meets the refund criteria, a refund will be initiated. Depending on your bank, please allow to 5 – 10 days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Damaged Items:

Laptops that have been mishandled, damaged due to misuse, or altered in any way may not be eligible for returns.

Tempered or Removed Warranty Stickers:

If any warranty stickers have been tempered with or removed, even during laptop upgrades, may not be eligible for returns.

Software/Personal Data:

Ensure all personal data has been removed from the laptop. We are not responsible for any data left on returned devices. Additionally, software licenses or subscriptions bundled with the laptop are non-returnable.

4. Return Process:

Initiating a Return:

Contact our customer support team buy filling in this form to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and details about the reason for return. If needed, share with us photos or videos of the issues you are facing. If our team cannot resolve the issue remotely, we will ask you to ship the laptop back to us.
